Seppuwa.com
HOW IT WORKS

From sign-up to secure sharing: the Seppuwa.com workflow explained step by step.

This guide explains the normal document journey so you can understand the service before creating an account.

1. Create and verify your account

Start from the sign-up page and enter your account details. Email verification is used to confirm access to the address associated with the account. Choose a password that is unique to Seppuwa.com and avoid reusing passwords from email, social media or other services.

2. Enter your private dashboard

After sign-in, the dashboard becomes the main workspace for documents, folders, shared links, activity and security settings. Private dashboard pages are intentionally different from the public information pages on this website and are not meant to be indexed by search engines.

3. Upload documents and files

Use the upload controls to add one or multiple files. Supported browsers can also upload folders, and mobile users can use the document-scanner workflow when camera permission is granted. Upload progress is shown while a file is being processed. Files consume the storage allocated to your account.

Preview availability is not the same as storage support.A file can still be stored even when the browser cannot safely preview its format or codec. In that case, download the original file and open it with a compatible application.

4. Organize your library

Create folders, rename items, mark important documents as favorites and use categories, filters or search to find files faster. A consistent folder structure is especially useful when you store school records, project documents, receipts, certificates or recurring administrative files.

5. Share only when needed

Sharing is a deliberate action. When you create a share link, choose the shortest practical expiry and use password protection when the document is sensitive. A person who receives a valid link may be able to view or download the shared content, so treat the link itself as a credential. Revoke the link when access is no longer required.

6. Review activity and devices

Security Center and activity features help you recognize recent account actions and signed-in devices. If a device or sign-in looks unfamiliar, change your password and end supported sessions. Location information, when you choose to grant the browser permission, may be attached to login history to make device recognition easier.

7. Configure optional Emergency Face Login

Emergency Face Login is an optional recovery-oriented security feature. Setup can include live face verification and a separate six-digit Emergency PIN. It does not replace the need to protect your normal email-and-password sign-in, and users should not share biometric information or Emergency PIN values with support staff or other people.

8. Use Trash and recovery carefully

Deleted items may first move to Trash, where supported items can be restored. Permanently deleting an item is different from moving it to Trash, so confirm the action before removing something important. Keep separate backups of irreplaceable documents rather than relying on any single cloud account as the only copy.

9. Use Seppuwa.com across devices

The public site and signed-in workspace are designed for modern phone, tablet and desktop browsers. Browser capabilities differ, so features such as folder upload, camera scanning, media preview and permission prompts can vary by device. Keeping the browser updated provides the best compatibility and security.

10. Get help when something is unclear

The public Help & FAQ page covers common questions about sign-in, verification, uploads, sharing, permissions and account safety. Signed-in users can also open the in-dashboard How to Work guide for a detailed walkthrough of account features.
