You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address used for verification and for keeping your account information up to date. You may not create an account using another person's identity or information without authorization.
2. Account and password security
You are responsible for safeguarding your password, verification codes, active sessions, and devices. Do not disclose passwords or one-time verification codes to other people. If you believe your account has been accessed without permission, change your password promptly and take reasonable steps to secure your email account and devices.
3. Your files and content
You retain responsibility for files and information you upload, store, organize, or share. You confirm that you have the rights or permission required to store and share that content. Seppuwa.com does not grant you ownership of content belonging to another person.
4. Acceptable use

5. File sharing and protected links
Timed links and password-protected links are provided to help you control access, but you remain responsible for choosing recipients, expiry settings, and passwords. A recipient who is granted access may be able to view or download a file. Avoid sending a protected link and its password through the same insecure channel when stronger separation is appropriate.
6. Storage, availability, and backups
Service availability, storage capacity, and individual features may change, be interrupted, or require maintenance. You should keep independent copies of important or irreplaceable files. Seppuwa.com should not be treated as the only backup location for critical information.
7. Privacy and account data
Information such as your name, email address, profile information, account activity, file metadata, device/session details, and information needed to operate sharing and security features may be processed to provide, secure, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve the service. Your stored documents are designed to remain accessible through your account unless you deliberately use a sharing feature. We do not ask you to provide your account password outside the official sign-in and password-management interfaces.
8. Optional device location permission
Seppuwa.com may ask for your phone or browser Location permission to add a device location to Login History and help you recognize suspicious sign-ins. Before the browser permission request, Seppuwa.com explains why location is requested and gives you a choice to continue or decline. Location is optional: declining does not block account creation, normal login, file access, or document management. If you continue, the browser still controls the final permission decision. Seppuwa.com does not bypass browser permission and does not use IP lookup as a substitute for precise GPS permission.
9. Face Login and security verification data
If you choose to enable Face Login or use Emergency Face Login, face-verification and liveness information may be processed for identity and anti-spoofing security checks. These features are optional unless a specific protected action clearly states otherwise. Use them only on devices you trust and follow the on-screen privacy and camera notices.
10. Security limitations
Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards may be used to protect the service, but no online system can guarantee absolute security or uninterrupted access. You are responsible for using strong passwords, protecting your devices, reviewing sharing choices, and reporting suspicious activity.
11. Service communications
We may send transactional or security-related communications necessary to operate your account, including verification codes, password-reset messages, account notices, and important service or security updates. These messages are part of account operation rather than optional marketing communications.
12. Suspension and termination
Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, respond to suspected abuse or security threats, comply with legal obligations, or address material violations of this agreement. Where practical and appropriate, users may be given notice or an opportunity to resolve an issue.
13. Service changes
Features, limits, interfaces, and this agreement may be updated as the service evolves. Material changes may be communicated through the website, account interface, or registered email address. Continued use after an applicable update may constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
14. Disclaimers and responsibility
The service is provided on an availability basis and may occasionally contain errors, interruptions, or limitations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Seppuwa.com is not responsible for losses caused by a user's disclosure of credentials, unsafe sharing choices, unsupported devices, third-party failures, or failure to maintain an independent backup. Nothing in this agreement excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
